ENPYs Next Generation Leader

This award goes to a dynamic leader who is an 18-35 year old staff member (part time or full-time) working for a nonprofit organization. Nominations for this award are due by July 31st at 11:59 pm. The ENPYs will be held at the Area Agency on Aging of Southwest Florida in Fort Myers on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.

The nominee will demonstrate:

Exceptional dedication to the organization and its mission
Creativity and innovative thinking to improve upon the organization’s strategy or management practices
Leadership qualities that sets the individual apart as a role model to other staff members and peers in the health sector
An ability to inspire others and rally them to the cause
